Site updates:
Commission page has been updated. I currently have four pictures I'm working on for peeps.
Some of the shop designs have been updated with pillows, track suits, two-tone zipper hoodies, and other fun stuff. It takes a really long time to update on my dial-up connection, but I'm working on getting the new items added to all of the designs.
Added a travel section to the shop. Bon Voyage!
Radio station is always being updated. The featured artist of the month is Queen.
It has been FOREVER since I've been able to update for one reason or another. Mostly I haven't been able to access Diaryland at all when I want to write an entry. Then when I could get into it, my diary had either been archived or the server was busy. Oy.
I have also been extremely busy. I got a job at Half Price Books (YAY!) and was able to quit working in the projects. Not that it was ever the job that I didn't like. Six was making things increasingly difficult for me. Oh, and I'm going to school too! I'm taking a Maya modeling and a Maya animation class. Woot! Six had said he would work with my school schedule but decided once I was in class that he wouldn't and cut my hours to part time. I lost all of my benefits and everything. But 1/2 Price called me back and offered me the job.
I started working there yesterday and it is so much fun, so far. My feet and back were achey after being on my feet all day, but I'll get over that in time. I love learning new things, but I can't wait to know most of it so I can really enjoy the job (and start filling my hold shelf with books-heehee!).
I'm loving classes. I just wish I had more time to work on my projects and stuff. As it is I'm going to class on Monday and Tuesday from 9-6. The actual class is from 9-3, but I can use the lab until 6 and as I don't have a lot of time the rest of the week, that's when I'm getting things done. So I have class two days and work the other 5. No weekends for me anymore. *cries* I wish I didn't have to work full-time while I'm in school, but there's no way around that. At least I get a really good discount on books, although I don't know when I'll have time to read.
